  • Synthesis and characterization of heterocyclic moieties as possible alkylating antineoplastic agents.
  • Calibration and validation of analytical instruments (single pan digital balance, UV–visible spectrophotometer, PH meter, FT-IR and HPLC).
  • Development of analytical methods for the simultaneous estimation of drugs, raw materials and multicomponent dosage forms using HPLC and UV-visible spectrophotometer.
  • Performed bioequivalence studies for various commercially developed formulations.
  • Development and validation of some enantiomeric separation by HPLC and LC-MS
