* M Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from JSS College of Pharmacy, Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai in 1991.
* B Pharmacy from JSS College of Pharmacy, Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore in 1989.

* Leading research projects from cost negotiation with client, setting targets, buy in from team and aligning the team right through to completing the target on time and every time.
* Delivering the project with effective cost control measures always.
* As Management Representative successfully obtained ISO 9001-2000 accreditation from TUV SUD in April 2008.
* Ensured the Institute is a reliable centre for clinical study.
* Got First prize for the Bioequivalence studies of cefpodoxime + Clavulanic acid tablets from Tamil Nadu Pharmaceutical Sciences Welfare trust, Chennai.
